Klien Dytham Architecture /KDa/ – means Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham and their team, owns another few pieces of my work. I am honoured. I am delighted.
They are just truly great and lovely people, which creativity and design I absolutely adore. And how not to admire the with places like Undercover Lab, Leaf Chapel, Shiseido Tokyo flagship store,TBWA/HAKUHODO to name really few, and most recent Tsutaya Books in Daikanyama, where you just want to spend time endlessly. I am truly big fan of them and of their works and if I stick to my interior design roots I`d do everything to be a part of their team, even for a day.
Some time ago /read: few years/ I was really lucky and… very happy to do for them one of my first projects in Japan and one of my first big murals: for their venue SuperDeluxe in Nishiazabu /not existing anymore, I mean the painting/ and another one for their KDa office in Ebisu /6m long, 2m high, hand painted, still up there/ – both in Tokyo, of course. And after all those years I am delighted to announce that Astrid and Mark purchased one of my very personal and my very favourite art works from the Diary series. More of me with them. Thank You.
