Le Labo and Food Creation…
As we all know Le Labo arrived to Tokyo from Paris few years ago with its highly labo-perfectly created perfumes. Suwa san and her catering serviceFood Creation for the first time I acknowledged at Beams Vermeerits`s opening exhibition for our beloved Indian designer Manish Arora a few years ago.
At Le Labo event last week all perfectly arranged Food Creation team was preparing amazing autumn drinks over a table full of fruits, spices and herbs and not for the first time you could feel like being on the Peter Greenaway-movie set. The drinks looked amazing and tasted even better and each was basically one-off – simply it was the art of senses.

And what about Le Labo event itself? – as we found out they had its own city series selling each at diffrent places / cities in the world and becasue the Xmas season is coming they`ve got the idea to put all the cities together in one place – means now there is Only Time you can try and you can buy all the “flavours” from all the cities in the same time, here in Tokyo at their Daikanyama store. Do not miss it!!! And what spices and what cities we have? – here we are go: Gaiac 10 with Tokyo, Aldehyde 44 with Dallas, Baie Rose 26 with Paris, Musc 25 with Los Angeles, Poivre 23 with London, Tubereuse 40 with New York, Vanille 44 with Paris. The real Laboratorium of Senses, indeed.
