11月7日に銀座にできるARMANI / GINZA TOWER！！！
その中にできるイタリアン レストランの試食会が表参道のOFFICINA di Enrico でありました。その試食会が行われたレストランは、あの有名な、このレストランのオーナーであるエンリコ デルフリンガー氏がシェフを務めています。ARMANI / GINZA TOWERで出されるメニューの他に、この日のためのエンリコ スペシャルがテーブルに並び・・・
今まで食べてきたイタリアンとはひと味違う、素材のうまみを生かした繊細なイタリアンでした！メチャメチャおいしかったので、11月になったら！タワーに食べにいきたい感じです・・・
ARMANI / GINZA TOWER will open in Ginza on 7th November!!!
There was a menu tasting event for the Italian restaurant which will open in the TOWER. The event was held at OFFICINA di Enrico where the famours Enrico Derflingher is the owner and the chef. Besides the menu from the newly opening restaurant at ARMANI / GINZA TOWER, we were also served with some "Enrico Special" for this day ...
A delicious sophisticated Italian cuisine which I never had anywhere else before... I'm planning to go back and taste it again at the TOWER in November...
