commons&sense was created in answer to the question - "what is common sense?" "what is fashion magazine?" "what is fashion?" commons&sense - Japan's only international fashion magazine out from Tokyo for all those fashionistas.

大阪市生まれ。デザイナー、コピーライターとして大阪で活動。その後ロンドンへ渡り写真家、デザイナーとして広告制作などを手掛ける。帰国後、1997年に『commons&sense』を創刊。その後2006年に『commons&sense man』を創刊し、発行人、編集長に従事。現在は編集業の傍らアートディレクターとしても活躍中。また、フォトグラファー、スタイリスト、ヘアースタイリスト、メイクアップアーティストをマネージメントするRE PUBLICも主宰。
Born in Osaka. After having gone through career in Osaka as a designer and a copywriter, he flew to London and worked as a copywriter and a photographer for various campaigns.
Returned to Japan in 1997, and launched "commons&sense," followed by "commons&sense man" in 2006, both as a publisher and an editor in chief. Besides editorial works, he is also a succcessful art director. Also an organizer of RE PUBLIC - artist management for photographers, stylists, hair stylists and make up artists.
